A Filipino Wedding in Photos

A Filipino Wedding in Photos

If you’ve been reading Don’t Ever Look Back over the past couple of months, you’re probably aware that we attended a traditional Filipino wedding during our recent visit to South East Asia. On April 9, 2011, my parents renewed their vows at St. Francis Xavier Parish Church in Surigao del Norte in the Philippines.

Being able to attend a Filipino wedding was an unbelievable cultural experience for the two of us and it was a day that we’ll remember forever. Well, apart from perhaps the last hour of the reception which got a little hazy due to the freely flowing San Miguel that was heavily consumed by everyone – and let us tell you, those Filipinos sure know how to party!

Here are the photos from our day.
