Photos from Jurong Bird Park

With 3 months until we revisit Singapore for a second time, we’ve started compiling a list of things we want to do when we get there. As we flicked through the photos from our 2008 visit, we saw our collection of photos from the Jurong Bird Park and thought we would share them with you.

The Singapore Zoo seems to get all the attention when it comes to wildlife on this island nation, but we couldn’t recommend Jurong Bird Park highly enough! It is largest bird park in the world and with 380 different species, it is a one-of-a-kind place that just has to be seen.

It's not just birds at Jurong Bird Park - they also have lovely gardens including this gorgeous waterfall.

The Jurong Bird Park really is quite a spectacular place – if only we had a copy of How to Take Great Travel Photos with a Point and Shoot Camera back then, we might have been able to do it justice with our photos!

For those who are interested in visiting the Jurong Bird Park, we recommend you purchase a Park Hopper 2-in-1 admission ticket. This costs $32SGD and provides entry to both the Bird Park and the world-famous Singapore Zoo.
